Since KAIBAE’s inception we’ve been committed to produce ingredients in the most sustainable and ethical manner. Our harvests are audited by Ecocert every year and meets USDA organic guidelines. The final processing takes place in a FSCC 22000 facility in Southern California ensuring we meet food safety standards.

Processing

Kaibae ingredients are processed in a FSSC 22000 certified facility in the USA. FSSC 22000 is a food safety management system that provides a comprehensive framework for ensuring the safety and quality of food products. It is based on the internationally recognized ISO 22000 standard and incorporates additional requirements specific to the food sector. FSSC 22000 is widely used by organizations involved in the manufacturing, processing, packaging, and transportation of food and food ingredients
